Catalog description
This course will help prepare a student to manage, coordinate, and supervise the planning and scheduling process from concept development through project completion on timely and economic bases. This instruction will help facilities management, project planning; budgeting and cost control; logistics and materials management; personnel management, processes, and techniques; organization and scheduling. Prereq.: MGT 3725 ; 2.5 GPA.
