ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

Catalog description

This course is focused on learning how to implement evidence-based supervision practices from an organizational behavior management perspective. Students will learn Behavioral Systems Analysis (BSA) for understanding and improving their organizations. They will learn how to train, support, monitor, and give feedback to supervisees. Practices for creating and maintaining healthy work environments, including leadership and collaboration, will be explored.
