Examines the role of nutrition in public health and the skills and tools used to design and implement community nutrition programs that promote and protect the public's health. Explores emerging health delivery systems, and the financial, legislative, political, sociological, and scientific aspects of community and public health nutrition. Prerequisite: take FN-212
