Sustainable Food Systems

Catalog description

Examination of food systems from production through consumption with consideration of sustainability practices. Local to global food systems will be considered. Current issues of social, economic, agricultural and ecological natures within the food system will be discussed. This course is part of a service-based pricing program. Special tuition will apply for students enrolling in this course.
