The Advanced Baking: Breads and Rolls course offers the student instruction and experiences preparing, tasting, serving and evaluating traditional and contemporary breads and pastries. Course activities include instruction that develops a working knowledge of ingredients, flavor profiles, preparations and techniques representative of breads and pastries of Europe and the United States.
