Catalog description
The Global Cuisines and Cultures course offers the student instruction and experiences preparing, tasting, serving and evaluating traditional and regional dishes of the Caribbean, Central and South America, Africa and Persia. Topics include exploring the flavor profiles, preparations and techniques representative of the cuisines from the Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, Ethiopia, The DRC, Lebanon, The Arab Emirates and Iran.
