Act as a peer education assistant for students enrolled in advanced nutrition courses to gain experience in team building, application of nutrition knowledge, and mentorship of students enrolled in NUT 495. May be repeated for up to 6 credits. (Practicum) Pre: NUT 495 or by permission of instructor. Not for graduate credit.
