Catalog description

Students will learn to write proposals about research topics. Topics to be considered for a project are as follows: design of a risk assessment plan, application of new technology for the food industry, new efforts and advances of government agencies and private companies in the protection of food chain and food services, food science research, and local and international issues in food science. Students will present their proposals.
