Supervised on-the-job training in establishment representative of hospitalityindustry. Students work 200 hours in their placement, attend on-campus weeklyseminars and maintain journal. Taken during summer semester after completionof first and second semester program requirements. Registration in this courserequires that students purchase liability insurance through the College.Prerequisite or corequisite: CUL215 or CUL219.
