This course is designed to take an in-depth look at the interdisciplinary world of hotel administration. This course will focus on the management responsibilities within a hotel including human resources, revenue management, front office operations, housekeeping and management contracts. This class will also focus on global issues in the hotel industry including the political environment, economic issues and cultural factors.
