Catalog description

This dynamic course introduces students to the principles and practices of research within the hospitality and tourism industries. Students engage in research with the Lloyd D. Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism (LIGHT). Through collaboration and applied learning, students will explore qualitative and quantitative methods, ethical considerations, and the practical challenges of conducting and presenting research in fast-paced service environments.
