Catalog description

Student can not credit for BOTH HTMS 4112 and BSNS 4112. Integration of backgrounds acquired from all part of the discipline to include, front office, food and beverage, travel and tourism, accounting, marketing, human resources, service learning, and organizational behavior. This course is usually taught in a case study format based on actual or simulated hospitality policy planning and implementation.
