Catalog description

Provides an overview of the role of hospitality in healthcare facilities and life care communities. Topics include history and future growth, customer service in these high-touch environments, facility design and housekeeping requirements, medical and health management, sensitivity to those healing and dealing with end-of-life issues, overall providing a strong management and customer service structure while caring for the most vulnerable. Prerequisites: None.
