Catalog description

The study of franchise administration, operations, and marketing, with a special emphasis on hospitality-related franchises. Includes a study of the legal regulation of franchises, the franchisee-franchisor relationship, and unique problems in operating a franchise. Typically offered Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Analyze the benefits and risks of the franchise model. 2. Analyze the obligations of the Franchisor and Franchisee. 3. Analyze brand/franchise creation and growth strategies. 4.
