The growing field of impact investing, which now encompasses over $1.5 trillion USD in assets under management worldwide, relies on impact measurement to assess the social and environmental effects of investments. This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of impact measurement frameworks, tools, and implementation strategies, as well as an understanding of how impact measurement fits within the broader context of impact investing strategy and processes. Through a combination of conceptual frameworks, case discussions, and hands-on exercises, students will develop the skills needed to design and implement effective impact measurement systems.
