Catalog description
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the negotiation landscape. From AI-assisted preparation and analytics to negotiating directly with algorithmic counterparts, negotiators increasingly interact with intelligent systems rather than solely with other humans. This course examines how AI is reshaping negotiation planning, process, and outcomes. Students will learn when and how AI meaningfully improves negotiation outcomes, when it undermines them, and how to integrate AI responsibly and strategically into real-world negotiations.
