Leadership & Organizational Coaching Field Experience I

Catalog description

During the Field Experience, Leadership and Organizational Coaching concentration cohort students are matched with a coaching client and will meet with them regularly, while maintaining a reflective academic journal. During the field experiences, students meet virtually with their advisory before and after each client contact. The course culminates in an autoethnographic exploration of the experience. For students based outside of the greater Philadelphia area, their field experiences will be virtual or in their home area. This is the first of two Field Experiences that LOC students complete for their concentration.
