Equips students with a strategic perspective on how competitive pressures and market fluctuations are forcing organizations to adapt their human resource strategies and practices for sustainable competitive advantage. Students will explore the nature and impact of strategic organizational issues on human resource management policies and practices. Restrictions/Requirements: Strategic Management majors may take this as a Career Concentration Elective.
