Catalog description

This course will provide a broad overview of the Meetings, Expositions, Events and Convention (MEEC) industry within the hospitality industry. It will educate the student the MEEC industry's position and relationship within the hospitality industry as well as its relationship and influence to the economy. The student will be introduced to the legalities, skills and terminology that are involved in the MEEC industry.
