Studies the principles and procedures of lodging operations, including 'front of house' operations, guest reception, registration, night audit, merchandising, housekeeping, safety and security of guests, and other operational areas. An AH&LA certificate is provided to students who pass the EI exam. Co-requisite: HRI 101, HRI 102
