Catalog description

This course will immerse the student into Spanish language studies as they relate to the food service profession. Students will demonstrate a basic level of understanding of terms associated with the food service industry, basic grammatical concepts, and conversational elements of the Spanish language along with an understanding of Hispanic culture.
