3 Lecture Hour(s) 0 Lab Hour(s) Students will experience an innovative course delivery of the fundamentals of child development, horticulture and nutrition and how to implement gardening activities and nutritious foods lessons to young children. A hands-on experiential learning component of the course will take place with the preschoolers at the NCA&TSU Child Development Laboratory.
