This course offers a comprehensive exploration of the specialized artistry and techniques associated with the use of gum paste in pastry and confectionery. Tailored for students seeking an in-depth understanding of advanced sugar crafting, the curriculum focuses on the fabrication and manipulation of gum paste to create intricate and lifelike decorative elements.
