Advanced Techniques in Behavioral Principles and Procedures

Catalog description
This course provides training in behavioral principles and procedures with application activities in ethics, observation and data collection, skill acquisition planning and procedures, and behavior reduction plans and procedures. Readings from relevant journals, textbooks, web sites and participation in weekly applied assignments with supporting documentation is included. Coursework is based on the Behavior Analyst Certified Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 2nd Edition Task List and is designed to meet or exceed the training requirement for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. The program is offered by NJCU and is independent of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
