Application of educational theories and techniques to nutrition education. Emphasis on subject matter and skills necessary to develop, implement, evaluate and document nutrition education sessions for individuals and groups utilizing a variety of communication methods. Development of nutrition educational materials. Prerequisite: DTN 240 ; and DTN 330 or concurrent enrollment; and PSY 121 .
