Fundamentals of Leadership uses case readings, practice and simulations to teach students about leadership styles by exposing them to foundational frameworks and theories of effective leadership. Students learn the fundamentals of collaborative teamwork and basic concepts in the program's leadership curriculum. Students learn about themselves and their own leadership style and how teams operate most effectively.
