Catalog description

Human Resources Management Practicum is a capstone course intended to provide students with the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge learned in previous Human Resources courses within a simulated or authentic business setting. Practicum activities prepare students for a career in human resources management by (1) providing hands-on application of human resources management knowledge to business problems, and (2) reinforcing human resources management knowledge and professional competencies so students are prepared to sit for professional accreditations.
