This course explores how leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals navigate conflict, apply employment law, and create fair, transparent, and productive workplaces. Topics include the historical and legal context of labor unions, performance management and corrective action, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Students develop skills in communication and conflict resolution in employee relations contexts.
