Advanced Business Consulting: Project Lead

Catalog description

Students work in a team consulting capacity, with medium to large organizations, identifying and defining relatively complex and often ambiguous business problems. Solutions are both innovative and integrative in nature, as students are encouraged to think creatively by making expert resources available. Particularly unique to this class is its lack of classroom setting. All meetings take place in small teams; weekly meetings in the instructor's office and regular meetings scheduled with experts and client leaders at off-site locations or remotely. The final deliverable consists of an oral presentation of recommendations and a written consulting report. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: MANGMT 8500 ; MBA students only
