Catalog description
The course focuses on developing an evidenced-based approach to human resource management, including planning for and conducting analyses of HR data to inform HR practices - with the objective of improving organizational performance. Students will learn theory and research about influencing employee performance, retention, and engagement, as well as HR metrics that are important for organizations. They will use statistical software to analyze HR and organizational data to draw meaningful conclusions. By the end of the course, students should be able to integrate, analyze and interpret data to make more informed decisions about managing human resources. Graded on A-F basis only. Credit Hour s : 3
