Professional Development encompasses a broad range of concepts and skills. Throughout the MBA Professional Development Series, we will integrate theoretical knowledge with real-world practices. This second course will focus on the role of supervisors, specifically as they manage conflict and design effective teams to ultimate success. May be repeated. Some sections may be graded on A-F or S/U basis. Credit Hour : 1-1.5 Prerequisites: MBA and ExecMBA students only
