Examines how organizations strategically manage their production processes and supply chain networks to optimize cost-efficiency, responsiveness, and customer service to gain competitive advantage. The planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing, conversion, and distribution are covered with a focus on aligning operations and supply chain decisions with overall organizational strategies and market opportunities. Emphasizes the importance of coordination and collaboration with external supply chain partners, such as suppliers, third-party service providers, and customers. Graded on A-F basis only.
