An examination of the terms and conditions of employment in a unionized environment (theories, content, negotiation, and administration of collective labor agreements and settlement of disputes), as well as the terms and conditions of employment in a union-free environment (theories, policies, and practices for maintaining a direct dealing status with employees). Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites or Corequisites: MANGMT 3000 , MANGMT 3000H , MANGMT 3000HW , or MANGMT 3000W ; Honors eligibility required.
