This course emphasizes the ethical implications of managerial decisions and the relationships between businesses and stakeholder groups. Major topics include corporate governance, social responsibility, rights and obligations, and international business. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: Honors eligibility required (must have a GPA of 3.4 or better). May be restricted to College of Business students only during early registration. Other students may register after early registration provided space is available. Consent may be required
