Catalog description

This course emphasizes the ethical implications of managerial decisions and the relationships between businesses and stakeholder groups. Major topics include corporate governance, social responsibility, rights and obligations, and international business. Credit Hour s : 3 Prerequisites: Some sections may be restricted during early registration to Business students only and/or Students who have declared the Business Minor on their academic plan. Some sections may be restricted to BSBA residential or BSBA Online students only
