Introduction to the basic concepts of management and organization and their application to business operations. May require consent OR may be restricted to Non-Business students in the following programs: Business Minor, Textile & Apparel Management, Hospitality Management, Computer Science-Information Technology, Nutrition and Exercise Physiology-Nutrition and Foods (Dietetics), and Engineering Technology.
