Modification of diets in pathological and special conditions. Diseases affecting the renal system as well as cancer, diabetes, and metabolic stress emphasized. Practice in applying strategies in medical nutrition therapy provided through case study format, patient simulation, and field placement. Meets six hours per week. Offered Spring only.
