Catalog description

Negotiation is the art and science of securing agreements and resolving disputes between two or more interdependent parties. The purpose of this course is to develop students' expertise in managing negotiations and conflicts in a variety of settings. It is designed to be relevant to a broad spectrum of problems faced by those working in management.
