Catalog description

This applied learning course aligns the culinary coursework with practical experience. Students will work for a minimum of three months in the food industry. Students submit reports about their experiences as interns and provide evaluations from their on-site supervisors to an assigned faculty member. Department approval is required. A prerequisite of CUL 240 is required.
