Catalog description

This applied learning course allows students to analyze the food and hospitality industries from an entrepreneurial perspective. Students will complete a research project under faculty supervision that investigates a current industry challenge and proposes a solution applying concepts learned throughout their coursework. Department approval is required. Prerequisites: FSM 290 & CUL 299
