Catalog description
Identifies restaurant and banquet service techniques, food and beverage service standards, and essential tablescape elements related to refined service of food and beverages. Includes fundamental production and service techniques related to a variety of beverages, the role and function of banquet event orders, and manipulation of restaurant point of sale systems. Includes hands-on experiences in a full-service restaurant and in banquet operations within The Hotel at Kirkwood. Arts & Sciences Elective Code: B
