Catalog description

This course explores advanced management practices specific to bakery facilities, focusing on optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and integrating innovative technologies. Students will study advanced techniques for managing bakery operations, including process control, and supply chain management. The course also covers methods and tools to improve production efficiency, performance, capability, profitability, and quality in a bakery operation.  By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the skills to lead bakery facilities effectively, driving efficiency and maintaining high standards of product excellence.
