Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to develop an understanding and effective improvement of participants' skills in the areas of both business and interpersonal negotiations. Through case-based exercises, attention will be given to various strategies for negotiation including distributive, integrative, intra-organizational, and multi-lateral bargaining. Additional applications include how negotiation skills can serve as tools for conflict resolution in the workplace and broader life experiences.
