Transition Services for Young Children

Catalog description

This class focuses on the many opportunities for teachers to infuse transition-focused education into teaching and learning activities for their preschool and elementary-age students. This course will cover topics that will help children build self-determination and career awareness as well as increasing caregiver/family knowledge about the longitudinal nature of transition planning.
