Catalog description

This course was designed to provide a detailed study of the transitions throughout the educational experience of persons with disabilities; including transitions between IDEA Part C and Part B services, elementary - middle school, middle - high school, and high school - post-secondary environments. Focus is given to the services and skills needed to support successful integration into and functioning within the routines and activities of these settings.
