A detailed study of psychoeducational assessment procedures and instruments used in determining eligibility, and planning and evaluating instruction for students with mental retardation, specific learning disabilities and emotional disturbance. The course emphasizes administration of formal and informal instruments, interpretation of results, and formulation of individual educational plans based on assessment findings.
