Catalog description

This course is designed to provide knowledge in consultation, coaching, case management, co-teaching and collaboration with individuals, families, educators, related service providers and other human service professionals. Service coordination, interagency coordination, models for integration with peers representing diverse skills and abilities, transition facilitation, and training, managing and monitoring paraprofessionals will be studied.
