Catalog description

This class focuses on transition assessments that support the planning and development of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) or other plans for quality postsecondary outcomes. Key educational concepts will include student or client participation in the assessment process and the interpretation and dissemination of results. Legal requirements for transition assessments will be learned as stated in law and upheld through due process hearings.
