PREREQUISITES: HOSP 114 Introduction to Hospitality. CATALOG DESCRIPTION: This course introduces the fundamentals of housekeeping operations. Emphasis is placed on employee development, management skills, OSHA standards and property maintenance and up-keep. Budgeting, cost controls, proper staffing and planning a fiscal budget are also emphasized in this course.
