Prerequisites: Corequisites: Pre/Corequisites:HOSP 101 - Sanitation and Safety Description:This course presents fundamentals of baking science, terminology, ingredients, weights and measures, and proper use and care of equipment. Students will produce basic yeast goods, pies, cakes, cookies, and quick breads.
